With particulars and a large plan measuring 20" x 15 1/2" (51x39 cms); in good condition but some annotaions and prices on the plan and a date on the rear cover. Some minor wear at edges and covers dusty. Useful for local and family history research - site is just north of present"St Peters Church by the Waterfront. - possibly now under "Star Lane".
