8vo hardcover volume in black gold embossed cloth boards. In remarkable condition for the age only real fault to covers is a little chipping to top of spine. Very minor wear to tips. End papers not split with one small owners stamp. There is a small very light water mark in top left corner of 1st 90 pages. Otherwise pages very tight and white with no foxing. 456 pages + 22 pages book ads.
