Reprinted from the Daily Express in newsprint format, this publication consists of an analysis of the pros and cons of the amalgamation written by an impartial English railway expert commissioned by that newspaper, followed by an appendix of: editorial articles, and letters to the editor. While this item is still in its original pale blue printed wrappers, residue of paper and paste along the spine displays evidence of having it having been bound in a collection at some time.
