Photoplay and true First Edition for this epic John Ford production of Iron Horse, a film which required "3,000 railway workers, 1,000 Chinese laborers, 800 Pawnee, Sioux and Cheyenne Indians" for the production. Novelized from the screen play by Charles Kenyon and John Russell and illustrated with scenes from the William Fox production starring George O'Brien and Madge Bellamy, as well as Chief Big Tree and Chief White Spear. Near Fine, contemporary bookplate at front pastedown, in Very Good dustjacket, few short closed tears, small chips at top spine end and rear panel. Seller Inventory # 16860
