Published in Douglas, Isle of Man, this is the First Edition of this very scarce book on Castle Rushen a century ago, bound in the original green cloth titled in gilt, 8 inches tall approx. (20cm) 76 pages with four pages of illustrations. The covers are very worn, bumped and marked with creasing to the cloth, wear at spine edges and corners, a split to the cloth along rear spine edge, internally some shaking of contents, handling, and other marks on and off throughout, some cracking to inner joints, one illustration worn at edges, else in acceptable condition. A READING COPY OF THE FIRST EDITION, VERY SCARCE IN ANY CONDITION. Seller Inventory # 004053
