Hardcover in midnight green cloth lettered in white. 382 pp. Color frontispiece of a Staurday Evening Post cover by Norman Rockwell of a younf courting couple with the man looking at a clock striking midnight. Illustrated with drawings and photographs. "This volume designed to show how one issue of the Saturday Evening P{ost would look if published in book form." Essentially a publisher's sample with the statement on the title page that it was produced exclusivly for the use of authroized agents for The Saturday Evening Post and an advertising blurb on the first page that it is "simply a reprint of one copy. If published in this form it would cost 1.50 from a bookseller. As one of 52 issues included in the year's subscription for the periodical it costs the reader from FOUR TO FIVE CENTS."
