You may return items for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in the same condition as received.

All items are enclosed in a weather-resistant poly bag and shipped in padded cardboard boxes or mailers. As part of our recycling efforts, we occasionally reuse clean, sturdy boxes and packaging materials. We offer standard domestic (U.S.) shipping via USPS Media Mail and strive to ship items within two business days. Standard domestic orders generally arrive within 4-14 days. We offer both standard and priority shipping for our international customers. At this time Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) international shipping is only available to the following destination countries of the European Union (EU): Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden. Note that the receiving country may apply import duties, taxes and/or fees that must be paid before you can get your package.
