First trade edition. Unpaginated, 24 blank ruled leaves entitled 'Fysshe Stories' to rear. Publisher's full stiff vellum with gilt stamped vignette and lettering.Original printed cloth wallets of cloth on front pastedown, as issued. Ties present, though broken. Very Good with light soiling to vellum and small stain to vellum at front, boards bowed, some lifting along seams, reading smudges to contents.
