GOOD condition, the box top has creases and some small tears, the fold open instruction sheet has tears and some chips to the front edge of its first page, otherwise complete, solid, clean and bright. Produced by the Perfect Game Company, Richmond, Texas, 1991. Though the Canseco Perfect Game baseball card is not hard to find, the complete game does not show up often.
