Fine/NA. 164pgs. 9" x 11.75" Large format First edition. Architectural journal in stiff printed wrappers. Edited and published in Japan with text in Japanese and English. This September '81 issue presents the Russian Constructivist architect - Jacob Tchernykhov - reproducing his architectural fantasies in both b/w and color created from 1913 to 1925. Well illustrated with 101 numbered color constructions plates and numerous additional black & white drawings. Like many Constructivists, his work was suppressed by Stalin. The binding, spine and pages are tight, clean and crisp. This is a very rare/scarce book especially in such good shape.
