Compendium of Joyceana which contains an anonymous piece, clearly by Joyce himself, entitled "Ad-Writer". It is a very funny letter to one "Mr. Huntington" in which Joyce suggests strategies for the marketing of his friend Italo Svevo's novel, CONFESSIONS OF ZENO, which is about a tobacco addict's attempts to quit smoking (Svevo was literally rescued from oblivion by Joyce}s discovery of him).
