Jesus and the Church: An Expositonal and Practical Study of Revelation 2-3

Jesus and the Church concentrates on our Lord’s messages to the seven churches in Asia Minor written by the Apostle John in AD 95. The messages were timely for the struggling churches in the first century. These same messages are pertinent for 21st century Churches attempting to fulfill their purposes of worshipping Christ, teaching followers of Christ, and proclaiming the message of salvation to a hurting world. In our present day the Church is constantly scrutinized and criticized by a watching world. The author, Dr. Danny Forshee, loves the Church, and he encourages pastors and lay people to honor Jesus in belief and practice; and he challenges churches to reach their full potential. Once you read this book you will fall in deeper love with Jesus and develop an urgency to support and defend the body of Christ, the Church.
