As the author of two of the book's essays and a substantial annotated bibliography, Charlesworth (Princeton Theological Seminary) dominates this anthology. His skills as an editor, writer, and scholar are evident throughout, and serve to make this collection a moderating influence on New Testament scholarship and a valuable addition to most libraries.
