First edition in blue gray cloth spine and cover stamped in gilt and blind, nicely illustrated with numerous b/w plates by F. Vaux Wilson. Satirical lost world novel. Indianapolis: The Bobbs-Merrill Company (1932), 394 pages. This Good copy has edge wear and bumped corners, remains of a removed bookplate on front pastedown, bookplate of Ken Krueger on f.f.e, cracked rear hinge and other minor issues. No jacket.
