November 1967 im Wiener Gewerkschaftshaus (Porrhaus) statt. - Im Sommer 1966 begründen Günter Brus und Otto Muehl das ,Institut für direkte Kunst. Die ersten Ankündigungen für ihre gemeinschaftlichen Aktionen sind noch reine Schriftstücke, aber dies ändert sich mit den Vorbereitungen zum ,Direct Art Festival, das am 9. November 1967 im Porrhaus stattfindet. Muehl findet im Abfall einen funktionstüchtigen Matrizendrucker und Brus entwirft 15 verschiedene Motive für die Ankündigung (Graber S. 54). - Beiliegend das Programm des Festivals in 16 Punkten (Matrizendruck auf weißem Papier). - Ecken tlw. m.
