Book has a slight lean, 4 lightly bumped corners, bumping and wear at head and heel of spine (see photos), and wear on the spine that takes out most of the whit letters. Interior has strong hinges, frontis +5, and clean, unmarked pages; paper seems just a bit stiff but but they fan very easily.
