This first printing is the more highly sought version of John Barleycorn. This book is in very good condition for its age. There is some wear to the cover, as well as some light separating at the spine on some pages. The dust jacket shows normal wear. John Barleycorn is an autobiographical novel by Jack London dealing with his enjoyment of drinking and struggles with alcoholism. It was published in 1913.
