[3], 8-157, [1] p. ; 23 cm. In the the original wraps, but spine completely perished, a large chip missing from the rear and a couple of small chips (at the corners) from the front cover. Almost certainly the first book published in Nebraska Territory, which was created by the Kansas-Nebraska Act of 1854. Extremely rare in any condition.
