The book is bound in fine green cloth with title and author in gilt on the spine. Spine leans. Sprinkle of foxing on the top edges. Otherwise, pages are clean, smooth crisp and unmarked. The binding is tight. The dust jacket is in near fine condition with two tiny closed tears on the top end of spine panel. The original price-$10.00 is on the from flap. 307 pages. Friends of the Curtis Memorial Library, based in Brunswick, Maine is a non-profit corporation that exists solely to assist the Curtis Memorial Library in its many activities, principally through fundraising by the sale of used books. Operating through a retail outlet located at 200 Maine St. in Brunswick and through its on-line sales activities, Curtis Friends operates only with volunteers from the local community and sells only those books donated by its constituents. Curtis Friends has been in existence for several decades.
