E.P. Dutton. New York. 1952. 218 pages. First Edition, second printing stated. Original DJ with trimmed flaps/price-clipped. Book is tight. Binding and hinges are sound. Previous owner's name on endpapers. Endpapers show slight soiling with two very small tape ghosts and old bookseller's price in ink. Slight shelf-rubbing at heal. The attractive original DJ matches the desirable artwork of the first printing. DJ verso shows tape-reinforcements. A solid copy in the desirable original DJ. FWIW the first printing measures 8 3/16 x 5 3/4 x 1 1/8 versus the second printing that is 7 5/8 x 5.5 x 1 1/8. Seller Inventory # 002399
