Two volumes. Red cloth. 4to. 787pp. Cardboard slipcase. An important study of Zacharias Kallierge's 1515 edition of the Odes of Pindar. The author examined 227 copies of the book and discusses textual variants. A facsimile of the book itself is printed in Volume 2. A very good set with the covers in clean condition. The front cover of Volume 2 is dented in the upper corner. The text in both volumes is very good and clean. The first 6 pages of Volume 2 are lightly creased in the upper corner. The slipcase is good with some chipping and corner wear. Foreign postage will be extra on this heavy set.
