As is well known, he created and headed the famous Brains Trust of Roosevelt's first campaign for the Presidency and later was a major architect of the early and more conservative New Deal. XX RAYMOND MOLEY is Contributing Editor of Newsweek magazine, the author of a widely syndicated newspaper column, and Professor of Public Law at Columbia University.
