A staple-bound collection of cartoons from Punch, on cream coloured paper with black and white cartoon by Partridge of 'King George and the Dragon' and black lettering to front and advertising material to rear. States clearly on front that it is the King George V. Memorial Number, but we are unable to trace anything with this title. All pages including cover have dog-eared corners but cartoons are clean and bright; staples rusted and rear page loose. Pagination is very eccentric going from 114 -139 (all of which are individual cartoons recto & verso, and including a double page spread in centre with blank backs) page 140 is all book reviews and it is followed by advertising material in pp. ix, x, vii and viii (in that order).
