Very good 1st edition hard cover in blue cloth boards with bumped spine ends, sharp tips in a professionally reproduced dj rubbed and 2 pieces missing one 1/2 by 1/2 inch at bottom of spine, one 1 1/2 by 1/2 inch bottom of right front corner. 78 pp text has light surface soil but nothing major, no plates affected. Vintage Bombay bookstore stamp at foot of fep. No writing or tears in the text. The author has written and illustrated for children, a book about ponies that covers care and attention discussing the various breeds giving points on judging, "make and shape" and everything a boy or girl needs to know before coming into possession of a pony of his or her own.
