Terms of Sale

   These terms of sale apply to all purchases made through Krüger books. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms before making a purchase.

2. Condition of Books
   We sell both new and second-hand books. The condition of each book is described as accurately as possible in the listing. Please refer to the specific book's description for details on its condition. If you have any questions about a particular book, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Pricing and Payment
   All prices are listed in EUROS. We accept payments through credit cards, PayPal, wire transfer. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery
   We offer shipping to both domestic and international locations. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the order. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

5. Returns and Refunds
   If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact us. Returned books must be in the same condition as received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Cancellations
   Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please contact us. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
   If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt with details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability.

   Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment. If you do not receive tracking information but have opted for tracked shipment, please contact us.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
   If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. In cases of lost or significantly delayed shipments, we will either issue a replacement (if available) or provide a refund.

7. Damaged Packages
   If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 72 hours of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged package and contents. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refun

8. Incorrect Shipping Address
   Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately . If the order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to correct the address.

9. Customs and Import Duties
   International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
