Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Limited Edition. 136pp. Octavo [18.5cm]. Bound in a brown leatherette, with gilt stamped lettering and subtle ornamentation on spine. Just a hint of rubbing to the foot of the spine and the corners of the boards. Dust jacket is a bit soiled, with a spot of dampstaining. The edges are mildly chipped. A facsimile reprint of the original English edition, which was issued in 1656.
