44pp. Colour illus. catalogue of an exhibition 16 Oct.-4 Dec. 2004 Tate Rice Gallery Edinburgh and Wolsey Art Gallery, Ipswich 23 April-17 July 2005. Full-page colour plates with facing titles and details. Loosely enclosed is a 10pp hand-written letter form Leonard McComb to the art critic Sister Wendy and also a 2pp earlier letter to her. In a large an bold hand he thanks her for her essay reviews of his paintings. Leonard McComb [1930-2018] was a versatile English artist in several media and is rerepresented in the Tate collections by watwercolours, oil painting, prints and sculptures. He was from Glasgow and died in London.
