f/piece with tissue-guard+3 genealogical charts (family trees), the first unfolding and 3rd across full opening+360+diagram of Princess Elizabeth's apartments, 8 further plates ex-pagination as called for; main fault is rather garishly white tape used to close open front gutter, library presentation plate to front pastedown and private ex-lib plate of Adrian Eeles (tumbling classic columns) to front endpaper, which, like the rear endpaper, is quite heavily tanned, otherwise internally clean, tight and unmarked; covers clean with bright gilt ornate lettering to front+cartouche and gilt-lettered spine with portrait at bottom, this has a small chip missing top spine with loss of 'e' to 'The' and minor corner bumping.
