Item description from seller

Wraps (PB) in near fine condition with punched hole in corner for hanging in store. All you want to know about using Babbitt's Lycon, the Lye in small flakes. It's a disease-fighting agent: it cleans, it disinfects, destroys odors, and costs less than 1¢ a gallon! Warning: Use rubber gloves when handling strong solutions of Lycons (Sodium hydroxide) and if taken internally, give vinegar, lemon juice, grapefruit juice copiously, followed by olive oil. How to use Lycons for protecting poultry and cleaning eggs; Dairy sanitation; Lycons for Bang's Disease; Swine Sanitation--roundworms in hogs; foot and mouth disease; hog cholera. If it was around today R.F K. would probably be promoting it. 48 pages.
