Hard bound, rare in original "rivet" dust jacket. Brown cloth spine over silver-stamped green "flocked" velveteen boards. Endpapers are illustrated with silver rivets, as is dust jacket. The Story of Rockefeller Center, a city within a city, as told at the ceremony in which John D. Rockefeller, Jr., drove the last rivet of the last building, November 1, 1939. Photographs by Berenice Abbot, Margaret Bourke-White, Brown Brothers, J. Walker Grimm, Fritz Henle, Wendell MacRae, Newspictures, Inc., New York Herald Tribune, Edward Ratcliffe, Paul J. Woolf. This copy shows some wear to boards. The jacket shows age toning and chipping to edges, otherwise very good. Interior clean and binding tight.
