Add to basketNo date or printing history but evidently first edition first print 1927 of second book by British children's author Reginald James McGregor. Book has moderate wear to pictorial boards with colour illustration of sailor loading weapon on marine vessel of some sort (photo on request). Boards and spine have general wear including sunning, spine toned, rubbing to extremities, edges tanned, partially crossed out inscription on ffep, foxing largely confined to end papers, though there is sporadic foxing, mostly on the pages opposite the B&W Reid illustrations, one such illustration facing p116 is almost entirely detached, and the frontis colour illustration and attached protective tissue paper are present but detached, binding is tight, no jacket, as issued. Dispatched from the UK same or next working day. NB: Due to the utter stupidity of Brexit, parcels sent to the EU may incur customs charges.
