Original quarter green cloth with blank paper wraps, (8 x 5.25 inches), 79 pages. Pen identification on front free endpaper "B. Demisow/Post Master/Chester/1832/18th May." with pen corrections as called for in note to Postmasters at rear. Showing some expected wear, toning and foxing, remains a desirable and collectable copy of a scarce postal item.
