One of 2000 copies reprinted in 1980, 35 years after the original was published in Germany after the war ended. A near fine copy, with just a touch of soiling to the front cover. Includes maps and a few other illustrations, as well as rosters of each Company in the Battalion at the end of the war. 76 pages plus the rosters of each Company. This copy is inscribed on the title page by William C. Pyrtle, Jr., an enlisted soldier in Company A.
