About the Author
ROBERT P. VECCHIO, Franklin D. Schurz Professor of Management at the University of Notre Dame, teaches and conducts research on organizational behavior and human resources management with special emphasis on leadership. He currently serves as editor of the Journal of Management and is the author of Organizational Behavior, which is now in its fourth edition.
