Pfleiderer was a German Protestant theologian who was known as one of the most influential people in liberal theology. Translated into English by J. Frederick Smith. With publisher's to the pastedowns and endpapers. In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. A little marking to the boards. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with only the very occasional spot to the first and last few pages. Very Good Indeed.
