First printing. 8vo. xv + [1] page Errata, 410 pp. + vi, Appendix. Contemporary 3/4 calf with marbled boards. Signature J. McGregor, M.D. 1820 written front free endpaper and title page. Small library stamp last page of Appendix. Wilson (1765-1821) was a Scottish anatomist, a pupil of John Hunter. Wear at the edges of the covers, scattered text soil and foxing, very good minus. Uncommon in the first edition.
