First edition, 8vo, pp. vi, [2], 41, [3]; inscribed by Stevens to Harold Murdock Esq on front endpaper; original red cloth gilt; touch of fading to top edge, small water stain on lower cover, text clean, very good. According to the preface Stevens intended to publish a single copy to accompany his collection, but as the information seemed useful as a general guide to map points "a few copies have been printed for presentation and sale.".
