Two Volumes of a 2 volume set - condition same for both unless noted. Red cloth on boards with bright gilt lettering and lining to spine. Large books are tight, square, relatively sharp-cornered and free of major flaws or markings, other than the ex-library marks on the spine (small white numbers at bottom) the bookplates of the Hubbard Free Library on the inside front covers with "Discarded" stamp on them, and a tiny bit of scuffing to top of spine on Volume I. Books are spotless inside and near fine, other than those items. Top edges bright gilt. Frontispieces with tissue guards in both along with other b/w plates. 359 pp and 354 pp.
