full brown calf, large quarto, 484pp, raised bands, hiniges starting at the ends. hinges are begginning to crack at the top 2.5", bookplate, bottom hinges starting at bottom 1", worn and rubbed edges, brown leather has handsomely aged over the years showing mild handling wear and soiling to both sides, raised babds have rubbed, top 1" of backstrip is chipped off, toning and foxing as one would expect from a book its age, Fair.
