G+ condition. This RARE edition of The That Failed was published by Renard in 1925. The blue cloth covers with red titles look sharp. The covers show light rubbing to the edges and boards. Book is very slightly rolled forward. The binding is in good shape. A few pages have a blue stain to the upper corner; however, the staining only extends about 1/4" into the page. The interior pages are unmarked. There is a small abrasion to the front flyleaf. Dust jacket is not included. USPS electronic tracking number issued free of charge.
