Folio green presentation envelope housing called-for various-size heavy stock inserts. Very good/fine. Heavy stock envelope lightly edgeworn; contents pristine. First edition. This architect husband-and-wife duo created a series of historical buildings, here California's Old Point Loma Lighthouse, all meticulously drawn to scale on heavy partly-color stock -- as the presentation envelope touts, "three-dimensional, quarter-inch scale, color model / ready to cut and construct." Instruction sheet (captioned "Old Spanish Lighthouse") describes contents as "1 base (on heavy cardboard), 1 structural sheet (on light cardboard), and 3 two-color sheets (on heavy paper)." Wonderfully detailed and in outstanding - seldom seen entirely unconstructed.
