Front dustwrapper flap records this as the Ninth Impression but this is clearly a reprint of the later format of the Uniform Edition and not the 9th impression of the 1927 First Edition as suggested by the printing history on the verso of the title page. Given the yellow dustwrapper this is effectively a reprint of the 1946 Uniform Edition by the Replika process but without the 'war economy' production values. The first Uniform Edition appeared in 1930 with a blue dustwrapper. Very slight spotting otherwise a firm, clean copy with top edge stained green as standard in the early issues of the 1951 printing.Clean and complete dustwrapper showing price 8s6d on the front fold of the dustwrapper. Overall a very nice copy.
