A Good+ hardcover in a Good dust jacket. 1st printing (full number line) of the 1st editon. The main notable defect of this copy is dampstaining that affected the top corners of the book: the top corners and fore edges of the jacket and pastedowns show notable dampstaining, with more minor dampstaining visible on the top corners of the first 10 pages and the last blank page. However, it appears that the previous owner did a good job drying these sections out, as there's no off smell or signs of mildew/further damage. Otherwise, other than a stamp and a previous price on the first page, the text is clean and unmarked. The binding is good; tiny bit of movement on the front hinge (very minor) and back hinge firm. There's some light scuffs and scratches on the edges of the textblock. The spine is lightly cocked (leaned forward). The top corners of the hardcover are notably bumped and turned inwards. Other than the dampstaining, the jacket has numerous small rips/chips, bits missing and rubbing at spine ends and corners. Cover has surface scratching/rubbing; toned/darkened in spots.…

Shipping terms
Orders ship within 2 business days of payment - typically next day. Orders are shipped via USPS media mail at a flat rate of $6 and $2 for each additional item. Orders can also be shipped via USPS priority mail for $15 for the first book. For both services, customers will be contacted if heavy/oversized books require additional shipping costs, or if the shipping destination requires additional shipping costs.
Important note for non-US buyers: International orders are billed at cost, and this cost varies greatly with the weight and size of the order. If you are ordering oversized volumes or multiple books, expect notably higher shipping costs. When you place your order, I will estimate the shipping options and costs with PirateShip and email you about these options. When we agree on a shipping method, I will send an invoice for the additional shipping costs through Abebooks, and will pack and ship the order once this is paid. If it turns out that your order costs less to ship than the default international shipping cost that I use for my books, I will reiumburse you for the difference.
