Stated first edition on copyright page. Large 8vo, 80pp. With black & white illustrations throughout. Hardcover, bound in original red cloth with black title to spine and black illustration of a raccoon. In very good minus condition. Firm binding and crisp, clean, pages. Brief gift inscription to front endpaper, otherwise no markings or signs of prior ownership. Occasional light handling wear. Covers show some scuffing and shelf-wear. All in all, this remains a nice copy of a hard-to-find book.
