Lincoln took William Herndon as his junior partner in 1844. A good copy with some fraying to the upper spine and some cover spotting. The text is very good with some scattered foxing. Library marks consist of white shelf numbers at the bottom of the spine, a bookplate on inside cover, small withdrawn stamp on flyleaf and a perforated stamp at the bottom of the title page.
