À Paris, Chés Charpentier rue St. Jacques, 1757, Sontuosa prima edizione in folio. Parteciparono all impresa un gran numero di disegnatori: «The plates are enlivened by charming groups of figures and rococo motives. Except the title-pages by Vasseur and Aveline, they were engraved by Chereau and Charpentier after designs of Babel, Blondel, Canuc, Chedel, Chevetot, Cochin, Cuvilliés, Huquier, Mansart, Martinet, Marvi, Meissonier, Oppenort, Pannini, Piranesi, Poulleau, Soubeyran and others» (Bibliography of the Fowler Architectural Collection of the John Hopkins University).
