8vo. 300 pages. Green cloth boards; titles in black on front and spine; publisher's logo on rear. 16 black and white photographic plates, including frontispiece. Boards rubbed and soiled; corners heavily bumped; ends of spine starting to fray; front joint starting to split; spine faded. Edges of text block spotted. Previous owner's name on label on front free endpaper; foxing to endpapers and preliminary pages; scattered spots and marks on other pages. Front joint tender; gutters cracked in places.
