Original 1/2 tan linen over gray boards stamped in black, top edges trimmed, other uncut (edges of boards rubbed; offsetting to endpapers from paste reaction). Good. No dust jacket. 19 text pages + 10 pages of the photographs. Signed and inscribed by Alvin Langdon Coburn on the front free endpaper: "To H.C. Knowles with fraternal greetings from Alvin Langdon Coburn, October 2nd 1922." And with a later gift inscription to Harriet and Irving Ravetch. Sullivan 34. Text printed at the Chiswick Press.
