Not as nice a condition overall as my fine 1,1,1 set, but the original dust jackets are above average which is now what you are paying for with rare first editions. Finding dust jackets without restoration and reconstruction is increasingly rare, thus the price of this set. Please note, with the recent sale of my fine 1,1,1 set, this set has also sold, but I have the similar condition set coming in end of next week. Jackets have slight discoloration to the spines, (caused by sun and mould) with the usual mix of use staining and marks, but very little paper loss overall except to spine ends. We want to stress the unique feature and value here is the lack of restoration, where 70% of more first editions coming on the market have some amount of restoration these days.
