First editions, 13th and 9th impressions, from 1962 and 1963, published by George Allen & Unwin. The Fellowship is a 13th impression 1963, the other two are 9th impressions 1962, all in correct impression dust jackets. Price clipped dust jackets with some tanning, a little more to The Fellowship, some minor marks, a few small nicks to the spine ends. Red cloth covers are generally tidy, a little bruised at the spine ends, bright gilt to the spine, slight spine slants, red top edges, The Fellowship has a neat gift inscription in pen to the front free endpaper, pages otherwise clean and smart, complete with fold out maps at the back. Good plus condition.
